Hi, I'm Stephany Avila

I turn complex products, systems, and go-to-market challenges into solutions people can understand, adopt, and use.

I'm a GTM and technology professional with 7+ years of experience working across sales enablement, solution strategy, digital transformation, and technical programs at Intel and Pinterest.

My work sits at the intersection of people, technology, and execution. I’ve translated complex IoT, cloud, SaaS, and advertising solutions into practical sales experiences, built digital platforms and workflows for thousands of users, developed demos and proof-of-concept solutions, and led global programs designed to improve how teams learn, sell, and work.

I’m at my best when the problem is not fully defined yet. I like understanding how something works, identifying where people or processes are getting stuck, and building a solution that makes the path forward clearer, whether that means a better sales motion, a technical solution, a new platform experience, or a more scalable way of working.

Based in Portland, Oregon. Working globally.

Areas of Interest

I’m most interested in roles at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategy. My background spans sales enablement, product marketing, solution development, and digital transformation, with a focus on helping teams understand complex products, improve how they sell, and adopt better tools and ways of working.

Sales Enablement

I build programs, content, and systems that help sellers ramp faster, navigate complexity, and execute with more confidence. My work includes sales plays, onboarding, launch readiness, coaching resources, content strategy, and enablement platforms designed around how sellers actually work.

Sales Engineering

I enjoy helping customers understand how technical products fit their needs. That includes technical discovery, demos, POCs, solution evaluation, integration discussions, and translating complex capabilities into clear business value in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Product Marketing

I turn product, market, customer, and competitive insights into clear positioning and practical GTM strategy. I’m especially interested in messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, sales narratives, and helping teams connect product capabilities to the problems customers are trying to solve.

Digital Transformation

I’m drawn to work that improves the systems, workflows, and digital experiences behind how teams operate. My experience includes platform modernization, content and knowledge ecosystems, governance, process redesign, adoption strategy, and helping organizations move from fragmented ways of working to more scalable ones.
